Integration Manager

Remote, EU - Full time

 

We are looking for an Integration Manager

to own and coordinate the end-to-end integration of third-party providers and operators. You will act as the key link between external partners and our Development, QA, Compliance, Sales and Operations teams, ensuring integrations are delivered on time, meet business and technical requirements, and operate reliably in production.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage integrations from requirements and planning through implementation, certification, go-live and post-launch support
• Act as the main point of contact for external providers and partners
• Define scope, requirements, timelines, dependencies and deliverables
• Manage provider and operator onboarding, upgrades, migrations and changes
• Coordinate implementation, UAT, certification and defect resolution
• Ensure correct configuration of products, currencies, jurisdictions, limits and transaction flows
• Coordinate investigation and resolution of integration incidents, transaction failures and API issues
• Lead escalations and root-cause analysis for recurring problems
• Maintain integration documentation, specifications, configurations and change records
• Identify risks and blockers and continuously improve integration processes

Requirements

• Experience in integration management, technical project management, implementation, payments or a similar role

• AI fluency

  to help shape  the department workflows

• Good understanding of APIs, webhooks, authentication and payment/transaction flows

• Experience working with third-party providers, operators and cross-functional technical teams

• Strong project coordination, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

• Experience with UAT, certification, log monitoring and production issue resolution

• Ability to understand technical requirements and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ownership mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, payments, banking, e-commerce or iGaming
• Familiarity with tools such as Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, Jira or Confluence
• Basic knowledge of SQL, system logs and monitoring tools
