Integration Manager (f/m/d)

• Lead full-vehicle integration testing projects from test strategy definition through test execution and reporting
• Develop project plans covering scope, resources, timelines and risk assessments to ensure successful delivery
• Establish and maintain testing quality standards while monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions when needed
• Drive continuous improvement of testing processes, tools and methodologies to increase efficiency and reduce testing cycles
• Lead, coach and develop integration testing engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment
• Define responsibilities, performance expectations and training plans for team members
• Proactively identify project and team risks and implement mitigation and contingency measures
• Lead the resolution of critical issues and manage escalations to senior management when required
• Ensure effective stakeholder communication and timely reporting of project status and key challenges

What sets you apart?

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Automotive, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of vehicle integration testing experience, including 2+ years of team management
• Solid capability in test planning and test case review; familiar with automotive testing processes and global industry specifications.
• Skilled in data analysis and professional business report writing.
• Excellent cross-department communication skills with rigorous working logic and risk awareness.
• Driving license
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin language, German is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as a high affinity for delivering first-quality engineering services to the customer
• Willingness to travel
