Location: Herndon, VA — hybrid, with on-site support for integrations and launches

Employment: Full-time, exempt

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 per year

Travel: Approximately 40%

Reports to: Director of Integration

About the Role

Help RxWellness bring acquired practices, new offices, and new clinical services from planning through launch and stabilization. This healthcare operations role coordinates project plans, team readiness, training, and the transition to Operations.

What You Will Do

• Manage integration plans, milestones, task owners, dependencies, and readiness checklists.

• Coordinate deliverables across Clinical, Operations, Training, Billing, Compliance, HR, IT, and Marketing teams.

• Confirm staffing, training, workflows, equipment, supplies, systems, billing, and documentation readiness with department leaders before launch.

• Track risks and unresolved issues, follow up on commitments, and escalate decisions to the Director of Integration.

• Coordinate employee training and provide on-site implementation and go-live support with the Training team.

• Develop and maintain SOPs, checklists, and training resources that support consistent workflows and patient experience.

• Report progress and readiness gaps; support 30-, 60-, and 90-day reviews, document lessons learned, and coordinate handoff to Operations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.

• 1–2 years of integration or implementation experience.

• Strong organization, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to track deadlines and work across teams.

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel approximately 40% for integrations, training, and launches.

• Ability to work a hybrid schedule based in Herndon and provide on-site support as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a related healthcare setting, such as a medical practice or healthcare operations environment.

• A business or healthcare-related degree major.

• Experience with practice acquisitions, office openings, service launches, or employee training.

• Project management or process improvement certification.

Work Environment

Work includes computer-based planning, meetings, presentations, and on-site workflow support in office and healthcare practice settings. Essential functions may be performed with reasonable accommodation.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
