About the role
Arbeit Group is looking for an experienced Integration SME to support enterprise-wide integration architecture for a major Core Banking Transformation Program. This role will act as the integration authority across Lending, Payments, Trade Finance, GL, Treasury, and other banking systems.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end integration architecture across banking domains
- Lead integration workshops with business stakeholders and vendors
- Define interface specifications, mappings, and integration designs
- Coordinate end-to-end testing and integration defect resolution
- Support cutover planning and go-live activities
About you
- 10+ years of IT experience with strong Banking Integration exposure
- Experience integrating Core Banking, Payments, Lending, GL, and Treasury systems
- Strong knowledge of API Gateways, ESB, Middleware, or iPaaS solutions
- Experience in source-to-target mapping and integration architecture
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
