Integration Specialist

Job Summary

CharmHealth (MedicalMine Inc.) is looking for an Integration Specialist to join our Professional Services Group. In this role, you will be on the frontlines of customer engagement, bridging customers and engineering, translating business needs into practical integration workflows, and guiding practices through implementation and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide developers and partners through API onboarding and initial configuration.
• Troubleshoot customer issues involving API requests, authentication workflows, webhook configurations, and FHIR resources.
• Evaluate practice integration requests and requirements to recommend supported approaches.
• Explain potential platform capabilities and resource limitations.
• Coordinate with Sales to provide necessary resources and support for new practices.
• Coordinate with Engineering to investigate bugs, communicate customer impact, and offer workarounds until resolutions are available.
• Identify recurring integration challenges and translate customer feedback to actionable improvements to internal processes.

Requirements

• Basic fundamentals of computer science principles to understand user requirements and API payloads.
• Working knowledge of OAuth 2.0 authentication workflows and API credentials.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, including HTTP operations and common status codes.
• Familiarity with tools, such as Postman, to replicate and diagnose client questions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to both developers and nontechnical customers.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
