As an Integration Specialist, you will play a key role in integrating, configuring, testing, and supporting advanced simulation and training systems throughout the product lifecycle. You will work closely with systems engineering, software development, and production teams to incorporate a variety of third-party hardware and software technologies into our simulation products.

  • Participate in system architecture discussions, design reviews, and technical documentation activities
  • Conduct feature, regression, and integration testing across simulation products
  • Evaluate and recommend hardware and software technologies based on system requirements
  • Work directly with third-party technology vendors to resolve integration and support issues
  • Provide remote and on-site support for deployed customer systems
  • Deliver customer training, field support, and product demonstrations
  • Travel to customer and test sites as required

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field is preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems, system configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with software and system concepts including operating systems, networking, and system performance metrics such as CPU usage, memory utilization, network throughput, and bottleneck analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage timelines and expectations
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Comfortable working in customer-facing environments and travelling to remote customer sites as required

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with networking concepts including TCP/IP, switching, routing, and network troubleshooting
  • Experience with software and system testing
  • Experience with scripting or software development (e.g. Python, PowerShell, C++, C#)
  • IT support or systems administration experience
  • Experience working with Virtual Reality (VR) or Mixed Reality (MR) hardware and tracking systems
  • Experience with military simulation platforms such as VBS3/VBS4 or Arma, including mission creation, terrain modification, or basic scripting
