Integration Support Engineer

Job Requirements We are looking for the Integration Support engineer who can perform the below activities - Monitor scheduled and ad hoc file transfers.

Ensure successful completion of file transmissions.

Investigate and resolve failed or delayed transfers.

Restart or rerun jobs as needed following established procedures.

Monitor alerts.

Verify file delivery confirmations and acknowledgements.

Incident Management

Respond to production incidents related to file transfers.

Troubleshoot connectivity, authentication, and transmission issues.

Coordinate with application owners, infrastructure teams, and external partners.

Document root cause and resolution.

Escalate issues according to established support procedures.

Partner and User Support

Support onboarding of new trading partners or vendors.

Configure file transfer endpoints, schedules, and permissions.

Validate connectivity and perform end-to-end testing.

Assist business users with transfer requests and inquiries.

Change Management

Implement approved changes to file transfer jobs.

Support application releases affecting file transfers.

Maintain job schedules and dependencies.

Participate in change windows and post-implementation validation.

Security & Compliance

Ensure secure transfer protocols are used (SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, AS2, etc.).

Manage encryption keys and certificates as directed.

Follow organizational security and compliance policies.

Maintain audit logs and documentation.

Documentation

Maintain operational runbooks.

Document standard operating procedures.

Keep configuration documentation current.

Update knowledge articles after issue resolution
