General description

Our client is developing a next-generation enterprise platform for their home health and patient-facing clinical trial services. The solution will orchestrate clinician assignments, visit management, contracting, compliance, finance, and reporting while integrating with the clients Digital Platform and other enterprise systems. The goal is to create a modern, scalable, event-driven platform that streamlines operational processes, improves automation, and replaces legacy systems.

Role Requirements

Senior analyst and former software engineer owning integration analysis, specifications and the engineering backlogs, Supporting home health visits inclinical trials. The role is the cross-system expert partnering with the Architect, back-end engineers and stakeholders.

Expected Outcomes:

Specification : Functional, technical and contractual integration assessments for Process Unity, ServiceNow, Oracle Financials, Digital Platforms.
Specification: Accurate integration and data-exchange requirements covering business rules, ownership,constraints, dependencies and open questions.
Design : Implementation-ready specifications for contracts, interfaces, data models, mappings andintegration protocols, co-developed with the Architect and back-end engineers.
Specification through build : Maintained, prioritised engineering backlog with actionable stories,acceptance criteria, dependencies and requirements traceability.
Build : Resolved engineering questions, controlled specification/backlog changes and acceptanceevidence for data correctness and failure recovery.

Required Experience, Skills Technology:

• Senior systems analysis backed by hands-on software engineering and production integration delivery. Rapid learning of unfamiliar systems and domains.
• Strong stakeholder facilitation, technical communication and evidence-led investigation throughworkshops, documentation, interfaces and data.
• Functional, technical and contractual analysis: workflows, service responsibilities, access/data-useconstraints, service commitments and vendor dependencies.
• Integration specifications for synchronous, event-driven and batch exchanges, covering security,validation, compatibility, duplicates, reconciliation and recovery.
• Backlog management: decomposition, prioritisation, refinement, testable acceptance criteria andtraceability. Close collaboration with architects and engineers.
• Desirable: Spec-Driven Development experience and hands-on extract, transform, load (ETL)development.
