Integration technical lead

Role and Responsibilities

Experience & Leadership

· Minimum 5 years of experience in integration architecture or leading engineering roles within multinational or consulting environments.

· Proven ability to define and drive integration strategy across complex, multisystem landscapes, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles and business outcomes.

· Demonstrated technical leadership, guiding crossfunctional teams and influencing architectural decisions across domains.

Composable & Modern Architecture

· Strong understanding of composable architecture concepts, including modular design, capabilitybased integration, and system interoperability.

· Handson experience building capability platforms and composable services using modern architectural approaches (e.g., MACH, microservices, MASA).

· Familiarity with canonical models/governance to ensure consistency and interoperability across services.

Integration & API Expertise

· Extensive experience with API lifecycle management and enterprise integration services, including Microsoft Azure APIM, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and related cloud services.

· Deep understanding of integration patterns (REST, SOAP, messaging, event-driven) and experience with middleware/ESB technologies.

· Ability to design secure, scalable, and maintainable integration solutions across cloud and hybrid environments.

Architecture Governance & Best Practices

· Skilled in defining integration standards, reusable patterns, and governance frameworks to ensure consistency, quality, and longterm maintainability.

· Experience partnering with enterprise architecture teams and contributing to strategic architectural roadmaps.

Agile, Product-Centric & DevOps Mindset

· Comfortable operating within Agile delivery models with a productcentric mindset focused on continuous improvement and longterm ownership.

· Knowledge of DevOps practices including CI/CD, automation, and iterative delivery methodologies.

Cloud & Security Awareness

· Strong foundation in cloudnative integration and infrastructure architecture, particularly Microsoft Azure.

· Awareness of data privacy, security standards, and compliance considerations, including PII handling and federated data models.

Collaboration & Communication

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

· Proven track record of effective collaboration across business, digital, engineering, and global/regional teams, ideally within omnichannel or retail transformation programs.

Education & Nice-to-Have

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

· Experience in luxury retail, digital innovation, or enterprise transformation programs is an advantage.
