Integration Technician

Level Up Automation is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Integration Technician to help bring smart-home and commercial technology to life.

You’ll work alongside experienced integrators to install and test audio/video systems, home automation, networking, security cameras, and other technology solutions. This is an opportunity to expand your technical skills, learn new products, and grow with a team that takes pride in its work.

What You’ll Do

 Install, configure, and test audio/video systems, displays, projectors, motorized screens, networks, control systems, and security cameras.

 Work closely with the Lead Custom Integrator and installation team to deliver quality results.

 Provide professional, friendly service and demonstrate technology solutions to customers.

 Identify opportunities to recommend products that enhance the customer experience.

 Participate in ongoing product training and certifications to develop your skills.

 Represent Level Up Automation with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

 At least two years of related experience.

 High school diploma or equivalent.

 A genuine interest in technology and a willingness to learn.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and commitment to teamwork.

 The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 Comfort using digital technology, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online tools.

Additional preferences: Consumer electronics experience and bilingual communication skills.

Position Details

 Reports to the Lead Custom Integrator and Managing Partner.

 Works on-site at customer homes and businesses.

 Requires schedule flexibility based on project and customer needs.

 Must meet applicable employment eligibility requirements.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 30.0 per week
