Integrations Consultant

Uptempo is a leading marketing resource management SaaS company that empowers marketing teams to optimize their operations, improve efficiency, and drive business growth. We’re looking for an Integrations Consultant to join our team and play a key role in customer success by designing tailored solutions that connect Uptempo to the systems our customers rely on every day. In this role, you’ll own the full integration lifecycle, from the first technical discovery conversation through build, deployment, and handoff, while working closely with customers, Customer Success, and Support.

What You'll Do

• Design and build Workato recipes that connect Uptempo to enterprise systems, including:

  • ERP/Finance: SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Coupa
  • CRM/Marketing: Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Adobe
  • Project Management: Workfront, Asana
  • Custom APIs and data warehouses

• Lead technical discovery sessions with customers to define integration requirements, data flows, and business logic

• Turn business requirements into scalable, maintainable recipes with solid error handling, logging, and monitoring

• Own delivery from start to finish: scoping, build, testing, deployment, documentation, and knowledge transfer

• Work with Customer Success and Support to troubleshoot production integration issues

• Create reusable integration templates and accelerators for common customer scenarios

• Help shape internal best practices, playbooks, and training for the broader Professional Services team

What You Bring

• 4+ years of integration or iPaaS implementation experience, including 2+ years of hands-on Workato work
• A track record of delivering Workato projects for enterprise customers (not just internal use)
• Strong understanding of enterprise data flows across ERP, Marketing, and CRM systems
• Experience with at least two of the following: SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Salesforce, Workfront
• Ability to read and write JSON, work with REST APIs, and debug API calls
• Comfortable leading technical conversations with IT, Finance, and Marketing stakeholders
• Must be fluent English
• Workato certification is a plus
• Experience with marketing operations, MRM, or MPM platforms is nice to have
• A background in professional services or consulting is a bonus
