Manager of Integrations (Acquistion Integrations)

Travel required in CA & AZ 50-70% of the schedule

About the Role

The Manager of Integrations is Nevergreen's on-the-ground leader during new acquisitions. This person works alongside acquired teams before and after closing to build trust, stabilize operations, implement Nevergreen's systems and standards, and prepare the branch leader to take full ownership.

This is a hands-on operating role, not a desk-based project management position.

What You Will Do

• Serve as Nevergreen's primary on-site leader during each integration.
• Own the integration playbook, timeline, issue log, and accountability process across Nevergreen's functional teams.
• Build trust with the seller, employees, formal leaders, and informal leaders while clearly explaining what is changing, what is staying, and why.
• Identify retention risks, leadership gaps, customer concerns, and operational breakdowns across field and office operations.
• Implement Nevergreen's systems and operating standards and correct issues before considering the work complete.
• Protect customers and recurring revenue by resolving service failures and monitoring cancellations, complaints, missed stops, and agig work.
• Coach the branch leader and frontline managers, then transition ownership through a clear handoff plan.
• Provide concise updates on progress, risks, decisions needed, and unresolved issues, and improve the integration playbook after each acquisition.

• Employees understand the organization, their responsibilities, and the reasons behind major changes.
• Customer, employee, route, pricing, and operating data are accurate.
• Systems and operating routines are be adhered to and working, critical issues have clear owners, and the branch leader can operate without daily integration support.

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in multi-site operations, acquisition integration, branch management, field services, or a comparable operating environment.
• Proven ability to lead frontline teams through change, build trust, and handle difficult conversations.
• Strong operational judgment with the ability to diagnose problems, establish priorities, and drive accountability inan ambiguous environment.
• Clear communication skills, cross-functional coordination experience, and comfort using operating and financial metrics.
• Route-based or field-service experience is preferred; a bachelor's degree or equivalent operating experience is accepted, MBA is preferred.

Travel and Reporting

• This role requires approximately 50%-70% travel, with heavier travel immediately before and after an acquisition.
• The role reports to the Director of Integrations and works closely with branch leadership and Nevergreen's functional teams.

You must have a clean driving record and pass a criminal background check.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
