Title: Integrations Program Manager

Location : remote – Will work PST business hours.

Seeking an Integration Product Management Lead to turn ad-hoc requests and community trends into a structured, weekly, measurable pipeline while ensuring marketplace listings remain consistent.

You will:

• Leading intake, prioritization, skill porting, and catalog quality.
• Manage integration requests by triaging incoming submissions, scoring them based on business and technical metrics, and tracking them in Linear. It ensures all requests are properly vetted, assigned a priority, and seamlessly handed off to engineering or product leadership.
• Identify and adapt external open-source skills into official plugins. It covers everything from scouting popular developer trends to vetting compliance, formatting the listings, and coordinating public product launches.
• Follow a centralized standard for integration marketplace listings by defining strict content templates and checklists. It ensures long-term consistency through routine audits, targeted optimizations of high-traffic entries, and pre-launch quality assurance.
• Follow a future development plan for first-party plugins and outlines five clear success metrics for the first 90 days. It focuses on achieving complete backlog organization, reliable team communication, a steady release cadence for new skills, and strict quality and formatting standards across the entire catalog.

Requirements:

• Integrations & Skills program management experience (AI Ecosystem Program Manager or Marketplace & Integrations Lead)
• Hands-on experience with AI agent tooling.
• Must have personally installed, built, or modified MCP servers, agent skills (SKILL.md), or plugins.
• Work comfortably in X and GitHub AI-builder ecosystems.
• Product copywriting experience
