As an IP Enforcement Assistant, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our clients' assets. You will serve as the first line of defence in detecting, investigating, and preventing IP infringements*.*

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate raid actions, liaise with authorities, and conduct thorough verification of seized goods;
• Perform online and offline surveillance, analyse information reports, and manage relationships with external investigators and stakeholders;
• Organise and facilitate IP-related product trainings and awareness;
• Monitor the marketplace and digital platforms to identify potential trademark, copyright, and patent infringements;
• Collaborate with internal legal and business professional teams to develop robust protection strategies;
• Assist the Partner with essential case-related tasks as required.

Candidate Profile:

• A Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. (A background in law, enforcement, or intellectual property is highly advantageous).
• We welcome motivated fresh graduates who possess a strong sense of responsibility and a genuine desire to learn.
• As this role involves domestic travel and field investigations, candidates must be comfortable working flexible hours, including occasional evenings, weekends, or public holidays as required by case developments.
• Candidates must also hold a valid driving licence and be willing to drive for work-related travel and field investigations.
• Exceptional proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential, combined with sharp analytical and research capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with minimal supervision while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• A team player who works seamlessly across internal departments and with external partners, demonstrating strong time management and prioritisation skills.
• Demonstrate high ethical standards, maintain absolute confidentiality and discretion, and handle sensitive investigative data with discretion.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work seamlessly across teams/departments and with external parties.
