Role Overview
Turn operational and commercial data into practical improvements across business processes. You'll analyze performance, identify inefficiencies, and help teams implement measurable process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze operational and commercial performance data.
- Map business processes and identify bottlenecks.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and performance indicators.
- Identify opportunities for automation and workflow improvement.
- Conduct root-cause analysis on recurring operational issues.
- Support process redesign and improvement projects.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Operations, Economics, or related field.
- 3+ years of business intelligence, process improvement, or business analysis experience.
- Strong Excel and SQL skills.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Pay: £50,000.00-£68,000.00 per year
