Intelligent Service Operation Engineer/AUTIN Engineer

• Understand and analyze customer requirements, and transfer the requirements to the development team.

• Showcase the newly completed requirements and answer customer questions.

• Be familiar with the work of the NOC, respond to customer questions, and provide answers.

• Be familiar with related computer operations and provide assurance in cases such as upgrades.

• Understand the alarms related to network devices and have a certain understanding of network management system integration. (Optional)

Job Qualifcations:

· Bachelor’s Degree or above in telecommunication field or equivalent

· At least one-year related working experience

· Fluent in written and spoken of Filipino and English.

· Networking Skills and Automation Skills

· Flexible and responsive to changing work patterns and demands.

· Result oriented, good skills in leading and motivating people. Excellent team player.

· Open approach to solving problems and dealing with new proposals.

· A thorough and methodical approach to work.

· Ready to work in 24/7 shift operation.
