Intensive Behavior Unit Technician (Year Round)

Milestones Behavioral Pediatrics is hiring caring and dependable individuals to join our Intensive Behavior Unit as Behavior Technicians. In this role, you will work hands-on with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental delays who engage in problem behavior. No previous experience is needed. We provide paid, in-depth training to ensure you are fully prepared and confident in your work.

You will follow individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs developed by clinical supervisors. Your role will include supporting children in learning new skills, reducing challenging behaviors, and creating positive learning opportunities throughout the day. You will receive regular coaching and feedback as part of a supportive clinical team.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to learn and accept feedback
• Able to work 30 to 40 hours per week
• Available Monday through Friday between 7:30 AM and 3:30 PM
