Aliado Community Health

At Aliado Community Health, we’re building a different kind of work environment for clinicians — one that values support, balance, innovation, and long-term growth.
We provide community-based mental health services for children and families, and we’re looking for clinicians who care deeply about the work they do and want to grow with a supportive, modern team.
Our approach combines strong clinical support with modern systems and technology designed to help clinicians work more efficiently and spend less time overwhelmed by paperwork.

What We’re Looking For:

Ability to work independently in community settings.

Reliable transportation.

Bilingual clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply.

Previous community-based or behavioral health experience is a plus.

We believe better support for clinicians leads to better care for families. At Aliado, we’re intentionally building the kind of agency clinicians can grow with — professionally and personally. Whether you’re looking for the stability and benefits of a Full-Time position or the flexibility of Part-Time work while continuing to build your clinical experience and supervised hours, we’d love to connect.
