Icu IntensivistRoles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care and clinical management to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Conduct regular patient assessments, ICU rounds, and monitor clinical progress and treatment outcomes.
• Manage patients requiring mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic support, sedation, and other critical care interventions.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies, patient deterioration, and code blue situations.
• Perform and supervise critical care procedures as per clinical requirements and hospital protocols.
• Review and interpret laboratory, radiology, and other diagnostic investigations to guide treatment decisions.
• Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and effective patient care.
• Communicate patient condition, treatment plans, and clinical updates effectively with patients’ attendants and families.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, procedures, and clinical progress.
• Adhere to ICU protocols, infection-control practices, patient-safety standards, and hospital policies.
• Support quality-improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and continuous improvement of ICU services.
• Guide and support junior doctors and clinical staff in the management of critically ill patients.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
