Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and other financial reports.
• Handle GST returns, TDS calculations, income tax compliance, and other statutory requirements.
• Assist in internal audits, statutory audits, tax audits, and preparation of audit schedules.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, expenses, and vendor payments.
• Assist in budgeting, financial planning, cash flow management, and variance analysis.
• Ensure timely closing of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and other internal departments.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
• Experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, and audit documentation.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• CA Intermediate qualified candidate with relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
• Candidates with experience in CA firms, corporate finance, or accounting departments will be preferred.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
