Interactive Designer

Position Overview

Candidates are extremely preferred in Florida or Texas.

We’re seeking a talented Interactive Developer / Designer to bring digital marketing campaigns to life through engaging creative design, responsive email development, and interactive content. This role combines creativity and technical expertise to produce high-quality digital experiences from concept through final delivery. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test responsive email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Stensul.
• Create digital assets including email templates, animations, social graphics, banner ads, and landing pages.
• Ensure mobile-friendly designs, cross-platform functionality, and consistent brand execution.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and technical teams to bring campaigns from concept to launch.
• Manage quality assurance, revisions, file organization, and multiple deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in interactive design, email development, or digital production.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Stensul, HTML, and CSS; AMPscript, SQL, and JavaScript are a plus.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
• Familiarity with Canva, Airtable, Adobe Workfront, and modern code editors.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
