What they need
- 訂單與交期管理：負責 MLCC / RCHIP / Non-SMD 等產品之訂單管理、交期回復、出貨庫存跟催，並進行訂單接收、報表生成、訂單類型分析與交期修改。
- 跨廠區與跨部門協調：與各地區 Planning、Sales、海關行政及 JIT 團隊緊密配合處理交貨排程，主動確保準時交貨，並於出貨後提供出貨資訊。
- 庫存與退貨流程處理：執行未結訂單與 VMI 庫存審核，並負責異常 RMA 的審核、追蹤與退貨流程作業處理。
- 系統操作與出貨跟催：操作 SAP 系統執行 DN（出貨單）跟催、Shipment（出貨文件）生成與 Billing Invoice（發票開立）作業。
- 行政與異常控管：負責批次控管作業申請、空運費申請單控管與流程執行，並針對異常事件提供解決方案及改善措施。
