Texas has the busiest interconnection queue in the US, and developers, IPPs and large-load users all need people who can get projects through it. Churchill Hughes places interconnection leads with the teams doing that work across ERCOT.
What the role involves:
Owning generation, BESS or large-load interconnection requests from application to agreement
Managing ERCOT and TSP processes: FIS, SGIA, studies and milestones
Working with planners, utilities and commercial teams on cost, timing and risk
What you'll bring:
5+ years in interconnection, transmission planning or grid development
Hands-on ERCOT interconnection experience
Comfortable leading utility and ERCOT conversations
Texas based or ready to relocate
