Position Overview/Duties This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for (DHA Certain Personnel Workforce for DoD) to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: This is a developmental Cost Engineer position. The incumbent will receive assignments designed to develop their skills and knowledge until reaching full promotion potential to the target position of Cost Engineer GS 11.
