Position Overview/Duties This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Using a knowledge of electrical engineering theories, practices and methodology, as well as construction methods, equipment, and management practices, serves as Quality Assurance Engineer for civil and military projects under the jurisdiction of Latin America & Caribbean District.
