Interface Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the project interface management plan.
• Identify and register engineering, construction and external interfaces.
• Maintain interface registers, matrices and action trackers.
• Coordinate between engineering disciplines, contractors, vendors and project teams.
• Resolve interface conflicts before they affect cost or schedule.
• Monitor interface actions and ensure timely closure.
• Coordinate battery limits, tie-ins, package interfaces and multidisciplinary requirements.
• Lead interface meetings and issue clear action records.
• Support engineering, procurement and construction teams during project execution.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 10–15 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical or EPCC projects.
• Strong multidisciplinary project experience.
• Previous experience in interface management or engineering/project coordination preferred.
• Strong understanding of EPC project execution.
• Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder-management skills.

Pay: Rs250,000.00 - Rs350,000.00 per month
