Interface Manager

Qualification Criteria:

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably Master's Degree with Related Certification
• 15 years Professional experience
• Experienced in development of urban railway system with minimum requirement of 6 years
• Experienced in Construction Management Consulting Services and/or Supervisory and/or Design Consulting Services with minimum experience requirement of 6 years
• Experienced in similiar position with minimum work experience of 6 years Worked at Asia countries for at least 2 years
• Minimum IELTS score ≥ 6.5 and/or equal with similar test

Job Description:

Fully accountable to manage and lead the integration and interface issues among the related works such as between civil works, station facilities, DWE, railway system, rolling stock works, and other interfacing contractors introduced by the Employer, during design and construction stage, as well as but not limited to;

• Lead and Coordinate with Design Manager Civil, Design Manager System, BIM Managers and System Integration Expert related to interface design and Combined Service Drawing;

• Issuing Taking over Certificate according to the contract on substantial completion of the works;

• Work with the BIM Expert and BIM Manager to develop the BIM implementation and set up the BIM protocols, standards, process and workflows;

• Manage the integrated multi-discipline BIM models analysis and study;

• Approval for the As-Built and Combined Service Drawing;

• Identify potential interface issues, develop appropriate countermeasures, and provide determination to mitigate interface issues;

• Analyze schedule, designs, and change requests from each Contractor to anticipate potential interface conflict.
