Interface Manager - SEC

Responsible for managing technical, engineering and construction interfaces between the project, SEC, consultants, contractors, subcontractors and internal disciplines , ensuring timely resolution of interface issues and smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all project interfaces with SEC/client, consultants and contractors.
• Develop and maintain the Interface Management Plan, Interface Register and Interface Matrix.
• Identify, document and track technical, engineering, construction and commissioning interfaces.
• Coordinate interfaces between Electrical, Civil, Protection & Control, SCADA, Telecom, T&C and other project disciplines.
• Act as the primary coordination point for SEC-related technical and project interface matters.
• Arrange and lead regular interface coordination meetings with SEC and project stakeholders.
• Track interface actions, approvals, comments and commitments to ensure timely closure.
• Coordinate engineering and construction deliverables requiring SEC review and approval.
• Identify potential interface risks, conflicts and delays and develop mitigation plans.
• Ensure approved SEC requirements, specifications, drawings and standards are communicated to relevant project teams.
• Coordinate site inspections, testing, commissioning, energization and handover interfaces with SEC.
• Support resolution of technical clarifications, RFIs, design changes and site issues.
• Monitor interface-related milestones and escalate critical issues to project management.
• Maintain proper records of interface communications, approvals, MOMs and action trackers.
• Coordinate with Planning, Commercial and Project Controls teams on interface-related schedule and cost impacts.
• Ensure compliance with project HSE, quality and contractual requirements.
