Interim AP Resource

StevenDouglas is hiring an interim Accounts Payable resource for a fast-growing, multi-state services company in the Austin, TX area.

This role will help stabilize a high-volume, manual process. You will handle AP from invoice entry through account reconciliation and help clean up the process along the way.

The role is expected to be about 2-3 months, and requires onsite presence in west Austin, TX for 3-4 days.

Responsibilties:

• High-volume AP, from invoice processing through reconciliation
• Process invoices in Bill.com
• Work with NetSuite and Ramp for payments
• Help clean up and stabilize the AP process

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in high volume AP Processing
• Experience with Bill.com
• NetSuite and Ramp experience is helpful, but not required
• Ability to be onsite 3 to 4 days per week
