Interim Building Surveyor
Interim Building Surveyor required for a local housing provider.
Working within the maintenance team to cover a period of increased workload.
The role will involve,
Pre / post inspections.
Stock condition surveys.
Void surveys.
Contractor management.
Ensuring quality of works.
Use of asset software and Microsoft packages.
Ideally you will have worked within a housing organisation and have a construction related background.
