Interim Developer

We are looking for an experienced Interim Developer to support the company’s web development and technology requirements on a temporary/interim basis. The role will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the company website, developing integrations, supporting CRM and trading platforms, managing deployments, and ensuring the overall performance, security, and reliability of the digital infrastructure.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Next.js, React, TypeScript, Node.js, APIs, CMS platforms, Zoho CRM, and FXBO, with previous experience in fintech, forex, CFD, brokerage, or other regulated industries being highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance the company website using Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
• Build and maintain back-end services, APIs, and third-party integrations.
• Integrate and manage systems including Zoho CRM, FXBO, trading platforms, payment providers, and KYC solutions.
• Administer and customise the company CMS, enabling the Marketing team to independently publish and manage content.
• Develop landing pages, lead-generation forms, campaign pages, and other digital solutions as required.
• Optimise website performance, SEO, accessibility, and Core Web Vitals.
• Implement and maintain multilingual functionality, including English/Arabic and RTL support.
• Manage hosting, deployments, CI/CD pipelines, domains, DNS, and related web infrastructure.
• Monitor website functionality and troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
• Implement appropriate web security, data protection, and access-control measures.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Compliance, Operations, and other internal teams to implement new features and digital requirements.
• Support analytics and tracking implementation using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant tools.
• Review existing systems and recommend technical improvements where required.
• Ensure proper documentation and handover of code, integrations, configurations, and technical processes before completion of the interim assignment.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in full-stack web development.
• Strong proficiency in Next.js, React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and Tailwind CSS.
• Solid back-end development experience with Node.js, REST/GraphQL APIs, and databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms.
• Strong practical experience with Zoho CRM and FXBO.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and platforms, including CRM, trading, payment, and KYC systems.
• Familiarity with Vercel, AWS, or similar cloud and hosting environments.
• Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD, DNS, domain management, and web security best practices.
• Good understanding of technical SEO, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience implementing Arabic/English multilingual websites and RTL functionality is an advantage.
• Previous experience in fintech, forex, CFD, brokerage, or another regulated industry is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver projects within agreed timelines.
