Interim Financial Controller

As Reed Turkey, we are looking for a 6-month fixed-term contract "Interim Financial Affairs Controller " with below requirements for our client operating in Manufacturing Industry at Dilovası,Kocaeli.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing company’s accounting, finance, budgeting, cash management, and banking relations processes.
• Monitoring daily cash flow, analyzing financing needs, and evaluating financing solutions such as loans, direct debit systems (DBS), and leasing.
• Managing payment, collection, liquidity, and cash flow processes; preparing and presenting regular financial reports to senior management.
• Preparing budgets, monitoring budget performance, controlling costs, and conducting financial performance analyses.
• Ensuring compliance with tax regulations, social security obligations, e-invoicing, e-ledger requirements, tax filings, and other statutory obligations.
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; providing management with insights on financial results, investment opportunities, and financial risks.
• Managing import, export, export VAT refund, and international financial reporting processes.
• Managing financial and administrative relationships with government authorities, banks, external auditors, and other key stakeholders.
• Leading the finance and accounting team, including performance management, training, career development, and operational oversight.
• Ensuring compliance with quality management systems, internal audit requirements, information security standards, occupational health and safety regulations, and corporate procedures.

Qualifications:

• Willing to work under a 6-month fixed-term contract.
• Graduates from relevant departments of universities.
• Have at least 10 years of experience in the Finance Department, previous experience in Audit will be an asset.
• Able to perform reporting both Turkish and English.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Possessing managerial skills.
