Interim Financial Controller

South Coast, Dorset/Hampshire (Hybrid)

Outside IR35 day rate: circa £500 - £600 per day

Contract role: 6 months initially

I'm currently partnering with a fast-growing, technology-led international business seeking an experienced Interim Financial Controller to support a critical period of transformation and year-end activity. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining strong technical accounting expertise with the ability to lead a small finance function and drive improvements following a recent NetSuite implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop finance team

• Take ownership of financial control, governance and reporting processes

• Support the optimisation of NetSuite

• Ensure robust accounting across complex projects and contracts

• Lead preparations for group audit

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent)

• Proven experience leading finance teams

• Significant project accounting experience

• Hands-on NetSuite experience is essential
