Guildford | £450 - £550 per day (Umbrella) | 3 Days in Office

3-6 month interim assignment, potentially temp to perm for the right person!

We've got a brilliant interim FP&A opportunity working for a fast-paced, well-known consumer business based in Guildford.

We need someone who is genuinely brilliant at FP&A. Someone who loves getting into the detail, building forecasts, understanding performance and helping a business work out where it's going.

There is loads happening across the business, and we need someone who can bring structure, insight and some really strong financial planning to the table.

This is a hands-on FP&A role. Lots of data, lots of analysis and plenty of opportunity to make a real difference.

What will you actually be doing?

• Leading monthly forecasting, quarterly reforecasting and annual budgeting.
• Building financial models, forecasts and planning tools.
• Analysing performance against budgets, forecasts and business plans.
• Identifying financial risks, opportunities and key business drivers.
• Producing meaningful management information and financial reporting.
• Partnering with senior stakeholders across finance and operations.
• Developing scenario models and supporting strategic business decisions.
• Improving FP&A processes, reporting and forecasting accuracy.

Who are we looking for?

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Strong FP&A experience, ideally at FP&A Manager or Senior FP&A Analyst level.
• Excellent financial modelling, forecasting and analytical skills.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with financial planning systems.
• Commercially minded and confident influencing senior stakeholders.
• Experience within consumer, FMCG, retail or another fast-moving business would be ideal.
• Proactive, hands-on and comfortable working at pace.
• Available immediately or on a maximum one-week notice period.
• Happy to work 3 days per week in Guildford.

We need someone who can come in, get up to speed quickly and take ownership. Someone bright, capable and genuinely passionate about FP&A.
