Interim Human Resources Business Partner

EMEA Recruitment is working with a global brand looking to hire an Interim HR Business Partner to support its Finance, Operations, and IT functions across EMEA.

As Interim HR Business Partner, you will operate across multiple countries, ensuring consistent and compliant HR practices aligned with company values, and contribute to the implementation of regional priorities and projects.

Responsibilities of the Interim HR Business Partner:

• Partner and coach leaders across Finance, Operations, and IT on employee lifecycle topics
• Guide managers on talent management, succession planning and performance discussions
• Support organizational planning and change (structure, roles, communications)
• Drive implementation of job architecture/career framework and compensation processes in the business
• Coordinate core HR processes with wider HR teams

Experience required:

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner - ideally in an international environment
• Strong HR capability and confidence operating in multi-country
• Proven stakeholder management - able to influence and challenge constructively
• Experience supporting job architecture/pay framework adoption
• Inclusive, pragmatic approach and high attention to detail
