What they need
Interim IT Team Manager – GIS | Sibelga
We are looking for an experienced IT Team Manager.
Key responsibilities :
Lead and coach a team of approximately 10 IT professionals.
Manage project portfolios, priorities, resources and budgets.
Ensure IT delivery, application maintenance, user support and incident management.
Drive continuous improvement and collaborate with business and architecture teams.
Ensure delivery within agreed scope, budget and timelines.
Requirements :
Minimum 5 years of IT management/team coordination experience.
Proven experience leading IT delivery teams and teams of at least 8 FTEs.
Strong knowledge of ITIL and project management.
Master degree
Experience in the utilities sector and with a GIS software is an advantage. Knowledge of Hexagon Networks technology is a plus.
