Interim IT Recruiter

The Interim Senior IT Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for a variety of technical and professional positions, with a primary focus on IT roles. This role will partner closely with hiring leaders, HR partners, and talent acquisition colleagues to develop hiring strategies, source top talent, and drive successful hiring outcomes. The ideal consultant brings strong technical recruiting expertise, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate as a strategic talent advisor.

Worksite Location: Hybrid – Twin Cities Metro, MN

Salary Range: Hourly rate between $43-$53, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and business-critical positions
• Partner with hiring leaders to develop effective hiring strategies and talent plans
• Source and engage passive and active candidates through a variety of recruiting channels
• Build and maintain pipelines of highly qualified technical talent
• Conduct candidate screening, interview management, offer negotiations, and closing activities
• Provide market insights, talent trends, and recruiting recommendations to stakeholders
• Ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Utilize ATS and recruiting technologies to manage recruiting activity and reporting
• Collaborate on talent acquisition initiatives, process improvements, and best practices
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders on recruiting strategy and talent market dynamics

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on technical and IT positions
• Experience recruiting for roles such as software engineering, cybersecurity, infrastructure, data & analytics, digital product, or related technical functions
• Strong sourcing expertise and success managing difficult-to-fill or niche technical searches
• Ability to build credibility and influence hiring decisions with leaders and stakeholders
• Experience managing multiple requisitions across different business functions
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience utilizing ATS platforms, preferably Workday Recruiting
• Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
• Commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience
