Operations Transformation Lead | PE-Backed Growth Business

We're supporting a fast-growing, PE-backed business looking to appoint an Operations Transformation Lead on an interim basis.

This is a hands-on transformation role focused on improving how the business operates across functions including Operations, Finance, HR, Commercial, Delivery and Technology. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, driving change and delivering measurable business outcomes.

We're keen to speak with individuals who:

• Have experience delivering operational transformation, business improvement or value creation programmes.
• Can lead cross-functional change and manage complex dependencies.
• Bring strong commercial acumen with experience building business cases and tracking benefits.
• Are comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders to identify problems and implement solutions.
• Ideally have experience in a PE-backed, high-growth or consulting environment.
• Are ambitious and curious.
