Interim PMO

Our client, a global PE-backed Manufacturing business, is currently seeking a hands-on Senior Program Manager to lead ERP and operational readiness at a cross-border manufacturing and warehouse site in Tijuana, Mexico, ahead of a fixed ERP cutover. This is a 6-month contract initially, although with possible extension, and is US-based (New Jersey hybrid preferred) with monthly travel to Tijuana.

You will build and own the integrated plan, close gaps across manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, finance and procurement, and drive testing, bilingual training, cutover and stabilization. This is not a reporting-only PMO role. You will bring 10+ years of manufacturing program leadership, end-to-end ERP site implementation experience and professional fluency in English and Spanish.

Dynamics 365 and maquiladora experience are advantageous.

Regular travel to New Jersey, with travel additionally to Tijuana roughly 1 week per month.

6-9 month contract: $150k-$165k pro rata.

Candidates must be available at short notice.

Spanish speaking is a must.
