Senior Manager/Supervisor
Interim Smart Factory Program Lead (Contract)
Act as the client's interim Digital Transformation Director, owning the multi-year CapEx rollout until a permanent leader is in place.
What you'll do
- Own the transformation program: scope, budget, schedule, vendor management and governance
- Coordinate integrators, MES, network and cybersecurity contractors across workstreams
- Report progress and risk to plant and executive leadership
- Balance technology rollout with workforce training and adoption
- Help the client define and recruit its permanent internal digital team
Requirements
- 10+ years in manufacturing, with 5+ leading digital, automation or capital programs
- Track record managing multi-site or multi-million-dollar CapEx initiatives
- Fluent across OT, IT and operations stakeholders
- PMP, PgMP or equivalent program management experience
Nice to have: Prior plant manager or operations director role, Industry 4.0 maturity assessment experience (e.g., SIRI).
