Interior & Construction Site Supervisor

SAMA ENGINEERING is looking for an experienced Interior & Construction Site Supervisor who can independently manage interior and renovation projects from start to completion.

The candidate should have practical knowledge of interior designing, civil/construction work, finishing, material selection and site execution, along with strong ability to manage and get work done through different skilled workers and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete interior and construction/renovation work at sites
• Supervise and coordinate carpenters, electricians, plumbers, masons, painters, fabricators, ceiling workers, tile/flooring workers and other contractors
• Take measurements and understand site requirements
• Read and understand interior layouts, drawings and designs
• Coordinate execution according to drawings and required finishing
• Arrange and manage required labour, workers and contractors
• Monitor daily work progress and ensure timely completion
• Check quality of workmanship and finishing
• Manage material requirements, quantities and usage at site
• Coordinate purchasing and delivery of construction/interior materials
• Handle site problems and find practical solutions
• Ensure proper coordination between different trades
• Supervise civil work, electrical work, plumbing, false ceiling, flooring, painting, carpentry and finishing work
• Maintain proper work discipline and ensure workers complete assigned tasks
• Coordinate with management and provide regular progress updates

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of practical experience in interior, construction or renovation work
• Strong practical knowledge of interior designing and construction
• Must know how to manage and get work done through different workers and contractors
• Good knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, civil work, painting, flooring, ceiling and general finishing
• Ability to understand drawings, measurements and site requirements
• Strong site management and problem-solving skills
• Must be hands-on, hardworking and responsible
• Ability to independently manage a project/site from start to finish
• Interior design/construction project experience is highly preferred

We need a hands-on all-rounder who doesn't just sit and supervise — someone who understands the work, knows what needs to be done, knows which worker is required, can manage the workers/contractors and can get the complete project executed properly.
