The role

Adaptive reuse, reshaping and remodelling of existing spaces. Not structural engineering, but wall orientation, spatial formation, and making a space work again.

What you'll do

• Develop concept designs, 2D planning and detailed interior construction drawings
• Produce photorealistic 3D visualisations, primarily in Corona Renderer
• Coordinate civil, electrical and plumbing layouts, sectional elevations and surface development
• Prepare presentation drawings, tender drawings, working drawings and BOQs
• Estimate material requirements, specifications and costs

What you'll bring

• Degree or Diploma in- Interior Architecture or Interior Design
• Minimum 2.5 years in 3D visualisation and interior detail design
• AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Corona Renderer (essential), AI renders, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator, MS Office

Rewards

• Salary: USD 10,000 – 12,500 per annum
• Benefits as per the rules and regulations of the Government of Oman, plus performance-based appraisals

• 3+ years of work experience with AutoCAD 2D detail drawings
• 3+ years of work experience with Autodesk 3ds Max with CORONA render and D5
