Interior Architect

OVERVIEW: Our client is a highly regarded design and construction business specialising in high-end residential projects.

They are looking for an experienced Interior Architect to join their team with a genuine pathway into a Directorship/Ownership.  Take a leading role across projects from initial concept through to construction.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who is passionate about design, materials and detailing, while also having a strong understanding of how projects are delivered.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead interior architecture and design across high-end residential projects
• Develop concepts, layouts, finishes, materials and detailed design solutions
• Work closely with clients to understand their brief and bring their vision to life
• Prepare and coordinate detailed documentation and construction drawings
• Collaborate with builders, consultants and the wider project team
• Undertake site visits and assist with resolving design and construction queries
• Ensure projects are delivered to a high standard of design and quality
• Contribute to project programmes, budgets and overall project outcomes
• Provide guidance and support to junior members of the design team

CRITERIA:

• Strong experience across high-end residential interiors
• Proven experience taking projects from concept through to construction
• Strong technical documentation and construction detailing skills
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp or similar design software
• Strong understanding of materials, finishes and interior detailing
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Must be a Registered Architect with the ability to sign off projects
