Interior Architect / Interior BIM Modeler | 3-8 Years | Hyderabad
We are hiring Interior Architects / Interior BIM Modelers with 3-8 years of experience in Interior Architecture, BIM Modeling, and Construction Documentation.
Key Skills: Autodesk Revit (Mandatory)
AutoCAD
Interior Fit-Out & Construction Detailing
BIM Coordination (Architecture, Structure & MEP)
Interior Plans, RCPs, Elevations, Sections & Joinery Drawings
LOD 300/400 Modeling
Navisworks & ACC/BIM Collaborate (Preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Interior BIM models using Revit.
- Prepare construction documentation, interior details, schedules, and quantity take-offs.
- Coordinate with Architecture, Structural, and MEP teams.
- Participate in clash detection and BIM coordination meetings.
- Ensure model quality, BIM standards, and project compliance.
Qualification:
- Diploma/Bachelor's in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or related field.
- BIM/Revit certification is an added advantage.
Preferred Experience: Candidates with US, UK, Europe, Middle East, or Australian project experience will be preferred.
