About the Role

Bludesign Tech Solution Pvt Ltd is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architect with experience in architectural design, interior planning, and execution drawings. The ideal candidate should be capable of translating client requirements into functional design solutions and preparing detailed drawings for residential and commercial interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, space plans, and interior layouts for residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare detailed architectural and interior working drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings.
• Create furniture layouts, reflected ceiling plans, partition layouts, and other execution drawings.
• Coordinate with interior designers, project managers, site supervisors, contractors, and clients.
• Review site measurements and ensure drawings are aligned with actual site conditions.
• Prepare and modify drawings according to client requirements and project specifications.
• Assist with material selection, finishes, design detailing, and specifications.
• Ensure design feasibility, functionality, and efficient space utilisation.
• Support the execution team by resolving drawing-related queries and providing technical clarifications.
• Monitor design progress and ensure drawings are delivered within project timelines.
• Conduct site visits when required to verify measurements and resolve design coordination issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in architecture, interior design, or architectural detailing.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognised institution.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
• Working knowledge of SketchUp and rendering software is preferred.
• Ability to prepare detailed working drawings and execution-ready documentation.
• Understanding of architectural detailing, materials, finishes, and interior construction methods.
• Strong design coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Candidate Requirements

• Candidates should have experience in residential and/or commercial architectural or interior projects.
• Practical knowledge of working drawings and site coordination is essential.
• Candidates should be able to present a portfolio of relevant projects.
• Must be comfortable working from Sector 2, Noida, and visiting project sites as required.
