About the role
We are looking for an organized and proactive Interior Design Assistant with strong experience in sourcing and procurement to support our design and project teams.
Key responsibilities
- Request quotations, compare pricing, follow up with vendors, and monitor orders
- Work with furniture makers, suppliers, vendors, and material suppliers
- Support project coordination and project management activities
- Work with spreadsheets and project documentation
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
About you
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related industry, preferably within an Interior Design / Architecture / Design Studio
- Proven experience in FF&E sourcing and procurement
- Good understanding of furniture, materials, finishes, and interior products
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and project documentation
