INTERIOR DESIGN BDM

• Develop and implement business development strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the interior design, real estate, hospitality, corporate, and residential sectors.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, social media, property developers, architects, contractors, and corporate organizations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand clients' interior design needs, budgets, and project requirements and coordinate with the design team to develop suitable proposals.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and company service portfolios to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining the company's pricing and service standards.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the interior design industry.
• Attend client meetings, site visits, exhibitions, networking events, and industry-related activities.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, proposals, and sales activities.
• Work closely with the design and project teams to ensure smooth handover of secured projects.

Pay: ₦200,000.00 - ₦250,000.00 per month
