Role Description The Interior Design Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Quezon City. This role is responsible for advising clients on interior design concepts, space planning, and strong focus on integrating appropriate lighting solutions from ilaw atbp.’s product range.

The consultant will meet with clients to understand their needs, develop design proposals, and provide product recommendations that balance aesthetics, function, and budget. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with the sales team on quotations, supporting showroom presentations, and guiding clients through the selection and customization of lighting fixtures and furniture. The role also involves ensuring project follow-through, collaborating with installation teams when needed, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of design trends, materials, and lighting technologies.

Minimum Qualifications

SKILLS

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including the ability to present design concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide attentive, solution-oriented support and ensure a positive client experience throughout the design and selection process.
• Candidates should possess Interior Design skills, such as space planning, concept development, color coordination, and familiarity with lighting design principles.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to recommend suitable products, prepare proposals, and

EDUCATION

• Din Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, and experience in showroom, retail, or project-based design work.

• Additional beneficial skills include proficiency in design or layout software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp), basic project coordination, attention to detail,
