What they need
Working Arrangement
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (only when required, e.g. scheduled client appointments)
During Probation:
4 days in office, 1 day work-from-home
Upon successful confirmation, the work arrangement may be reviewed with management based on individual performance, project requirements, and team needs.
About the role
You'll be primarily involved in design development, 2D technical drawings, and 3D visualisation for interior design and renovation projects — collaborating closely with interior designers, project teams, site coordinators, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure every drawing and 3D visual is accurate, practical, and aligned with project requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Space planning and layout development
- 2D technical drawings
- Furniture and built-in layouts
- Elevations and sections
- Ceiling and lighting plans
- Flooring and electrical layouts
- Carpentry / joinery drawings
- Material and finish selection
- 3D modelling and visualisation
- Design presentations and moodboards
- Drawing revisions and design development
- Coordination with site and project teams
About you
- Minimum 3 years' experience in interior design / renovation
- Strong in 2D technical drawings and confident in 3D modelling & visualisation
- Creative with a good eye for design and strong space planning skills
- Good understanding of construction details; able to read and interpret architectural drawings
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Strong coordination skills across different teams
- Proactive, responsible, self-motivated, and open to continuous learning
- Able to communicate in English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel
- Able to start as soon as possible
