Interior design drafter

About the role

Develop detailed construction and technical drawings for interior fit-out projects, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and other technical documentation. Produce detailed drawings for custom joinery and built-in furniture, and revise drawings based on design changes, client feedback, and site conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed construction and technical drawings for interior fit-out projects
• Create floor plans, elevations, sections, and other technical documentation
• Produce detailed drawings for custom joinery and built-in furniture
• Revise and update drawings based on design changes, client feedback, and site conditions
• Create and update standardized drawing templates
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy
• Verify site dimensions and incorporate measurements into project drawings
• Provide technical drafting support and assist in resolving design and construction issues
• Maintain organized drawing records and project documentation
• Deliver drawings in accordance with project timelines and deadlines

About you

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in interior design, architectural, or renovation drafting
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Experience with 3D software is preferred
• Good understanding of interior construction methods and joinery detailing
• Ability to develop design concepts and translate them into accurate technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail, dimensions, and accuracy
• Responsible, well-organized, and able to work effectively within a team
• Good Thai communication skills and basic English communication skills
